Jesse Tolentino joined Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP in May 2024 as Of Counsel, where he focuses his practice on the defense of complex general liability, property damage, and Labor Law/construction litigation in New York and New Jersey courts. He regularly represents owners, managing agents, contractors, and insurers in high-exposure matters, advising clients through all phases of litigation including early case assessment, discovery strategy, motion practice, and resolution.
