Overview
Gillian C. Thomas joined Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP in 2022 as Of-Counsel. Her practice focuses on labor law and general liability defense. Ms. Thomas' career has focused on defending claims related to medical malpractice, Art. 81 cases brought by NYC prisoners, premises liability, and labor law. She also has experience with litigating plaintiffs' personal injury claims. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Courts of New York.
