LSKD Hosts ALFA Construction Practice Group Regional Seminar
On November 14, 2024, LSKD hosted an ALFA Construction Practice Group Regional Seminar. Fredo Alvarado and Derrick Mullen, Vice President at Seneca, presented on the very current topic of Defending Against and Rooting Out Fraud in Construction Accidents. Carlo Catuogno, Sean Lanigan and Michael Ruggiero of Beau Dietl & Associates presented on Investigating Potential Insurance Fraud In Construction Site Accidents. And rounding out the seminar, Jonathan Glasser presented on Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About NY Contractual Indemnity (But Never Thought to Ask).
The group then went over to Hide Rooftop to connect with old and new colleagues.
It was a very interesting seminar and the response from our guests was overwhelming!
