Felice Cotignola  has been invited to speak at the Risk Insurance Management Society (RIMS) Partner Day conference in Columbus, Ohio on November 9, 2017.  She will be speaking on a panel of trucking and transportation lawyers, engineers and industry leaders.  The topics addressed will be forensic evidence preservation in catastrophic trucking accidents,  how to prepare a driver and safety manager for the Reptile Theory approach to depositions, the dangers lurking in  driver qualification files and  the penalties of evidence spoliation.
