LSKD Wins It Big for Wendy's!

Congratulations!

Thanks to the outstanding work of the LSKD team of Dan Kotler, Allyson Belmont and Felice Cotignola, LSKD won Summary Judgment in Dimilia v. Wendy's, a case in which plaintiff’s demand was 15 million dollars for injuries sustained by a mother and her daughter when they were struck by a car and pinned against a Wendy’s restaurant.  The mother sustained severe injuries to her leg which may result in amputation. The case was commenced in 2013 and involved protracted discovery with multiple motions and multiple liability and medical experts on both sides.  Chubb Insurance Company was excess and closely monitoring the case as well. All clients are ecstatic!
