The Complex Tort Group was formed in response to the expansion of multi-defendant cases.  These cases generally involve high profile matters including disasters including railroads, maritime and fire/explosion casualties.  Our group has expertise in Risk Management and analyzing the insurance needs of self-insurance plans of major corporations and assist in the defense of these cases.
