The Copyright and Trademark Practice Group represents clients in infringement matters in a wide range of businesses and industries, including apparel and fabric design, household goods, jewelry, healthcare, music and entertainment, retailing, photography, advertising, chemical processing, environmental remediation, games and children’s toys, and computer software. In addition to litigation, the Group prosecutes copyright and trademark applications, and advises clients on transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements.
