Overview
Paul M. Tarr is Chair of the Firm's Appellate Practice Group. He is a seasoned appellate advocate, litigator, and former prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney and the New York State Attorney General. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tarr served as a law clerk for United States District Judge John C. Lifland (D.N.J.) and worked as a litigation associate for an international corporate law firm. In addition, Mr. Tarr has extensive experience in strategic communications relating to high-profile litigations, as a former director of the corporate/financial practice of one of the world's largest public affairs firms. His articles on legal and business topics have appeared in The American Lawyer.
