Employment & Labor Law Practice
The Employment & Labor Practice Group appears regularly in federal court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. We are regularly engaged to represent management and defend labor union grievances.
