Charis' practice focuses on trucking and transportation casualty and related property damage subrogation cases. With a prior career as a tractor-trailer driver, Charis brings a unique perspective to our transportation industry defense practice. She serves as our team's primary coordinator for catastrophic accident investigations, interfacing with the trucking company, adjusters, accident reconstructionists, police contacts, counsel, and opposing counsel, to achieve a careful and thorough analysis of serious accident cases. Charis' litigation experience encompasses an award of a directed verdict in Supreme Court, a winning jury trial verdict at the justice court level, and defense of vehicle and traffic law and DOT summonses and violations. She is admitted in state and federal court.
