Felice Cotignola will be moderating a panel at the ALFA International Transportation Conference on April 27, 2018 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.  Her client panelists will be Sara Miemiec, Director of Litigation for Schneider National Trucking Company, and Janet Shelley, Liability Claims Manager for Old Dominion Trucking. The panel will present "Just a Soul Whose Intentions Are Good….Oh Please Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood".  The panelists will discuss the jury biases against trucking companies and how these companies strive to overcome these biases by their national commercials, advertising and partnerships with community and charitable organizations, as well as their compassion for their drivers and clients which personalize these otherwise faceless companies.
